Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Keep login credentials secure.
- Use services only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain backups of their own data.
- Ensure all hosted content complies with applicable laws.
Customers are solely responsible for all activity originating from their accounts.
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Malware or virus distribution
- Phishing
- Spam or unsolicited email
- DDoS attacks
- Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
- Copyright infringement
- Hosting illegal content
- Child exploitation material
- Terrorism-related content
- Abuse of network resources
- Attempts to compromise our infrastructure or other users
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Payments
Services are billed in advance.
Invoices must be paid before their due date.
Failure to pay may result in:
- Service suspension
- Data removal after the retention period
- Account termination
Prices may change with prior notice.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified:
- Domain registrations are non-refundable.
- VPS and dedicated services are generally non-refundable once provisioned.
- Shared hosting may be eligible for a refund according to any advertised guarantee.
Refunds will not be issued for violations of these Terms.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services.
While we aim for high availability, no uninterrupted service can be guaranteed.
Maintenance may occasionally require temporary downtime.
Backups
Customers remain responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Bolt-Host may perform backups for operational purposes but does not guarantee backup availability or recovery.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Abuse is detected.
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Bolt-Host shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous billing period where permitted by law.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically.
